We have a good relationship with several development companies and we have the pleasure of marketing their sites. <BR/><BR/>I am always interested in what it going on in around this area because we probably have a minimum of 10 years development throughout our growth suburb. As a real estate agent it is imperative that I know what it happening so my staff can be the best informed salespeople in the area. All developers want to see their stock move quickly to minimize holding costs.
